Eventually I’ll finish the subincision to become a fully split cock and just keep the cock fully pierced and just eventually band it as the open urethra will allow it to piss and the banding will take a few days to complete with a full month of it getting a smaller diameter band each time until it drops off.

I didn’t use a catheter fully I just used a catheter tubing and lined my urethra through to the bladder and it’s held in by the sphincters and the tubes left open as the bladder gets filled it’s straight out the open tube. More dribbles than an actual flow but around home it’s easy no clothes and just allow it to leak out. On occasion I fill with saline to flush the tube and it fills the bladder a bit and then straight back out the open end tube.

Gute Arbeit! Das muss ein tolles Gefühl sein, keine Kontrolle über den Urinfluss zu haben.
