That huge tube up that poor kid's urethra is freaking me out. How he is not in agony is beyond me and I'd be afraid for internal injuries to his bladder and other surrounding organs. Let's face it, the dude working him is most likely NOT a urologist. God, I'm squirming; he put like 12 inches of that thing up there.I know it's a thing, but I don't get what catheters have to do with sex.
